Full service HR outsourcing

Outsourcing makes sense, and is a growing trend in business.  We can’t run a restaurant, an IT business, a school, a care home or an estate agent, but our clients do (and much more besides) and they’re very good at it.  What they’re not good at is writing decent employment contracts and HR policies & processes and applying them to their best advantage. By outsourcing their HR to us they benefit from all of these things and access to high quality advice.  Government helplines, call centres, free downloads and the like have a part to play, but there’s no substitute for experience and we can usually present potential solutions not available through normal channels…..because we deal with these things every single day.

HR outsourcing covers everything from compliance to coaching and over the years (we’ve been here since 2002 so we must be doing something right!) we’ve helped numerous businesses scale and adapt to the challenges they face.   

Our packages scale to reflect the size and type of business and the challenges immediately in front of you.  We don’t insist on multi-year packages and so we may well start at one level and then look to reduce the input in the second year (once a troublesome issue has been dealt with for example.)   Other providers will insist on multi year deals…we advise you to avoid these operators – our clients stay with us because they want to, not because they have to.

We’ll discuss the right package for you, but for general guidance please see the various levels below. 

Outsourced HR levels (add Absence & holiday cloud based software, managed or otherwise, to any package)

HR for Start-Ups – for start ups and their first employee or two, the service includes a basic compliant employment contract written for you, a set of acas compliant HR policies in a handbook form and a few hours to use for administrative support or HR consultant support. 

Outsourced HR 6 – for up to 5 or 6 employees, we will provide telephone and email support, a full employment contract, staff handbook customised to your preferences (we’ll take you through the options) and a larger bank of support hours for HR and admin support.  You’d be welcome to meet us in our offices in Bray or if we’re passing we’ll try and meet you – our clients enjoy the personal touch we bring to HR outsourcing. 

Outsourced HR 12 – up to 10 or so employees, in addition to the ‘6’ package we’ll supply a full contract including restrictive terms and advanced IP/confidentiality clauses, 2 additional template contract versions (e.g. zero hours/self-employed), a bespoke policy and an on-site HR meeting early in our relationship to discuss HR agenda and to audit existing key processes and personnel files plus a larger bank of support hours.

Outsourced HR 18 – up to 4 employment/self employment contracts including Director Service Agreements,  up to 3 bespoke policies for the handbook, a larger bank of support hours and an additional site meeting at your request to assist with any HR process, investigation or hearing, this package is ideal for businesses with issues at the outset or slightly larger businesses. 

Outsourced HR 24 – As the ‘18’ package but with a full set of 5 employment/self employment contract templates, up to 5 bespoke policies, 2 site meetings at your request to assist with HR processes, investigations or hearings (etc.) and a larger bank of support hours, this package is suitable for businesses of 30 – 50 employees, or smaller businesses who have a lot of issues at the outset.
