Premium Plus (annual supported HR service)

A customised HR support service normally includes an on-site HR audit (except entry level package); case management services including document drafting; administration services including the preparation of offer letters and contracts, probation letters etc.; project management (e.g. bonus schemes or appraisals); bespoke employment contracts and HR policies and expert help and advice available from your personal HR Advisor. The Premium Plus package is priced from £120 per month (£140 for 12 month packages), depending on employer size and type of business.

The precise mix of services varies by client, with some opting for on-site support, others preferring support by phone/email. Either way you will enjoy personal services with people who will take the time to get to know your business - we don't operate call centres and we don't subcontract our work to third parties. All Premium Plus customers will receive bespoke employment contracts and HR policy files for use in their business, access to our resource bank and a private area in myhrdept for bespoke documents if desired.
