    The Government announced today that from 6 April 2012 new employees will need 2 years’ service before they can bring an unfair dismissal claim. Currently an employee is eligible to bring a complaint to an employment tribunal after 1 years’ service. From April 2013 the Government also intends to introduce a fee, typically £150 - £250, for employees......click on the red title above for more....
